The "Ordenskreuz" is approximately 44x44mm in diametre, same as the Iron Cross. Awarded for 25 years service. The medal is gold plated with the police cap device motif raised above the cross. The reverse says, "For Loyal Service in the Police." The corn-blue ribbon ranges from 37 to 51mm wide and is not complete without a golden embroidered police insignia on the ribbon. The case has a push-button styled opening devise with silk lining from the top to the crossing over of the case wide hinge. The silk lining at the hinge is torn, and some light scuffing around the case. A beautiful and complete award in near mint condition. The 2nd form police cap devise lays in motif, raised above the cross. The reverse says, "For Loyal Service in the Police." The corn-blue ribbon ranges from 37 to 51mm wide and is not complete without a silver embroidered police insignia on the ribbon. The case is a paper-glued hinge to a cardboard made case without any catch-snap devise. The interior is finished in vellum and a raised compartment to rest the medal and the ribbon in separate areas. Dimensions are equal to the enlisted cap devise except for a more radical convex wreath above the eagle, plus the eagle sovereign is not less than twice extended out from the wreath. The officer's cap devise was made from feinzink and commonly unmarked. Three prong reverse.
